Motherhood

So, forgive my absence and the lack of new art these months. I became the mother of a beautiful baby girl named Alexandra, which was born on May 31st, two weeks ahead of the expected date. 

My world is upside down now, filled with new feelings, sensations, needs and urges I never had felt before, including an overwhelming love and protective instinct that could move mountains. Time seems to run in a totally crazy race, and days go by quickly, escaping from my grasp. At the end of the day I barely know what activities have taken my time, besides taking care of Alexandra. So I won't mention how far drawing has gone in my daily to-do list.

I hope this madness is temporary and that things will return someday to an acceptable degree of normality. In the meanwhile... I am afraid that you can't expect a lot of pictures from me. I won't be very active otherwise, too, but I check my DA from time to time to enjoy other people's art, whick means you can always contact me here if you want.
