Markus, the self-claimed protector of the city of Korvosa, ready to face crime and corruption whatever it takes, in one way or another. After losing his fiancee to the common crimelords in a terrible night, when she was murdered for a couple of gold pieces, he devoted his life to making the streets of the city a safer place for the good people.
